Keller and Heckman to Host Annual Food Packaging Law Seminar

Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce that its 21st annual Food Packaging Law Seminar is now scheduled to take place on September 29 – 30, 2020, in Arlington, Virginia.

Throughout the seminar, Keller and Heckman’s distinguished food packaging attorneys and scientists will provide guidance on how to attain clearances for food-contact materials in jurisdictions around the world, from the U.S., Canada, and South America to Europe, Japan, and China. In addition to detailed presentations on timely topics such as Japan’s newly adopted positive list system for synthetic resins, attendees will hear how COVID-19 has impacted the food packaging industry.

Acclaimed for providing “tremendous networking opportunities” with “excellent speakers,” the seminar will provide attendees the opportunity to hear from Keller and Heckman attorneys and scientists, ask questions, and discuss specific industry and regulatory standards.

After several months of working from home due to stay at home orders imposed because of the coronavirus pandemic, we are hopeful that this year’s Food Packaging Law Seminar will be an opportunity to come together again and discuss the latest developments impacting the global food-contact industry. For 20 years the seminar has been considered a must-attend event for regulatory, scientific, and legal professionals throughout the food packaging industry. We hope that it will continue to play this role this year and into the future.

The health and safety of our attendees are of utmost importance to us. We are carefully monitoring COVID-19 developments and the public health guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the County of Arlington. We also are working closely with the venue to ensure your safety while we deliver the kind of engaging and informative seminar you’ve come to expect from Keller and Heckman.

Registration for the Food Packaging Law Seminar is now open. Pricing and event details can be found here.
