Senators Tell Trump Administration TSCA Reform Implementation is Critical

In a November 30, 2016 letter to the Vice President-Elect, Mr. Mike Pence, bipartisan Senators told the Trump Administration that continuing the momentum on TSCA reform implementation is critical to the amended law’s success. This includes meeting the fast-approaching statutory rulemaking deadlines, and ensuring adequate funding and staffing at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The Senators that signed the letter included those that sponsored the law and facilitated its passage in Congress, included Senators Thomas Udall (D-NM) and James Inhofe (R-OK).
