Keller and Heckman LLP Announces New Time for REACH 30/30 to Better Accommo...
November 14, 2022 — Beginning December 2022, Keller and Heckman LLP’s REACH 30/30 will be held at 4:00 PM CET | 10:00 AM EST to better accommodate our European audience. Click here to register for our upcoming REACH 30/30 webinar on December 14, 2022.
Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) impacts substances manufactured in, or placed on, the European Economic Area (EEA) market (the 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). Its broad scope affects not only chemical companies, but the entire supply chain, and not only industrial chemicals, but also ingredients used in food packaging and cosmetics.
This complimentary webinar will be presented by Keller and Heckman LLP’s Chemical Control attorneys located in Brussels, Belgium: Ales Bartl, with occasional presentations by Partner Herb Estreicher. Ales represents clients in the European Courts, with a focus on REACH compliance, and in procedures before the Board of Appeal of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Marie counsels clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to food and drug law, with an emphasis on food and drug packaging, cosmetics, chemical control, and environmental issues.
All REACH 30/30 webinars are recorded and available within 24 hours after the webinar has concluded. A library of all previous programs can be found here.
The REACH 30/30 webinar will offer the option for live captioning, provided by Zoom.
