Keller and Heckman Announces Promotions to Counsel
Keller and Heckman LLP is pleased to announce that Kristen M. Ballintyn and LieAnn T. Van-Tull have been promoted to Counsel.
Kristen Ballintyn, Counsel, resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office, advises domestic and international clients on regulatory compliance matters in food and drug law across several jurisdictions, including the United States (U.S.), the European Union (EU), Canada, Central America, South America (MERCOSUR), and China. She specializes in food additives and food contact materials and has extensive experience assisting companies in obtaining regulatory clearances for new food contact materials as well as recycled materials intended for use in food contact applications.

LieAnn Van-Tull, Counsel, resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office, advises clients in the areas of food and drug law and tobacco and e-vapor regulation. She assists companies in obtaining food contact clearances for their products in the United States (U.S.), Canada, China, South America, as well as the European Union (EU) and its individual Member States. Additionally, LieAnn advises domestic and international clients on tobacco and e-vapor regulation by providing state and federal legislative counsel to tobacco and e-vapor suppliers, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
