Webinar: Update: FDA's Final Determination on Transfat and Related Litigation

On Thursday, October 8th Keller and Heckman attorneys from our litigation and food and drug group discussed the FDA's final determination that partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs) are not GRAS.  In this webinar, they provided a short overview of the FDA final determination and the legal status of PHOs.  They also discussed how the final determination interplays with the state regulation of food.  Finally, they provided an overview of the class action lawsuits that were filed and that have been impacted by this determination.
