Tom Magee to Present at Virtual UTC Telecom Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Tom Magee will present, “Wireless Attachments to Streetlight and Distribution Poles – Legal, Regulatory, and Contract Issues,” at the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) Telecom & Technology Virtual Event on September 3, 2020. The presentation will discuss that while wireless carriers currently have regulated access to distribution poles, they now seek regulated access to streetlight-only poles, raising a host of new legal, regulatory, and contract issues. Tom will identify the issues pertaining to small cell antenna attachments both to distribution and to streetlight-only poles and analyze those issues in a way that both utility pole owners and wireless attachers will find useful from a legal and practical perspective.
