Keller and Heckman Scientist Karin Ke will serve as a cofacilitator at Singapore International Agri-Food Week, to be held virtually and in Singapore on October 30 – November 2, 2023. She will be cofacilitating the session covering alternative proteins made by precision fermentation at the Roundtable on Novel Food Regulations.
