Scientist Chen Hu to Present at the 2026 PRS Asia Conference

Chen Hu, Scientist at Keller and Heckman LLP’s Shanghai Representative Office, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Plastics Recycling Show (PRS) Asia Conference 2026, taking place in Shanghai, China on November 3–5, 2026.

Chen will present during the conference session titled “Policy, EPR & Regulatory Frameworks” on November 3, delivering a presentation on “Food-Grade Recycled Plastics in China: Regulatory Pathways, Compliance & Market Readiness.” His presentation will address the evolving regulatory landscape, practical compliance requirements, and market readiness for food-grade recycled plastics in China.

With extensive experience assisting domestic and international clients across Asian markets—including China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan—on food, food packaging, and chemical control regulations, Chen brings deep technical insight to the forum. He works closely with regulatory authorities and trade associations, having successfully prepared and submitted hundreds of applications for food packaging materials, food additives, and new chemical substances, alongside conducting facility audits for manufacturers.
