Partners Tony Pavel and Eve Pelonis to Present at PLC’s Annual Food Label Conference

Keller and Heckman Partners Tony Pavel and Eve Pelonis will present at the Prime Label Consultants (PLC) 36th Annual Food Label Conference, to be held in Washington, DC on June 2 – 5, 2024. Tony will participate in the panel, “Legal Perspective: Updates and Predictions for the Next Year,” which will focus on expected regulatory changes, emerging trends and risks, food standard controversies, and marketplace trends and technologies. Eve’s presentation, “Natural Labeling Complexities,” will explore the differences between FDA and USDA definitions of “natural,” when the claim may present litigation risks, and more.
