Partner Tony Pavel to Present at FDLI’s Food and Dietary Supplement Safety and Regulation Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Tony Pavel will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Food and Dietary Supplement Safety and Regulation Conference, to be held in Washington, DC on March 18-19, 2026.

Tony will participate in the panel “What’s Being Done to “Make America Healthy Again”: Updates on UPFs and More,” which will cover how ultra-processed foods (UPFs) may be defined under the current administration, along with potential uses of the definition; state legislation related to UPFs; the updated Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and their influence on industry and consumer protection; front-of-package (FOP) nutrition labeling; and more.
