Partner Sophie Castillo to Present at RVCF’s Prop 65 Webinar

Keller and Heckman Partner Sophie Castillo will be speaking at the Retail Value Chain Federation’s (RVCF) webinar, “How to Avoid a Prop 65 Notice of Violation and What to Do if You Receive One,” on December 10, 2025.

This webinar will address current trends in California's Proposition 65, including common targets for plaintiff bounty hunters. It will also outline the steps companies should take if they receive a Prop. 65 60 Day Notice, as well as proactive measures businesses can implement to reduce the risk of receiving a Notice in the future.
