Partner Sheila Millar to Present at PLI’s Advertising Law Institute

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar will present at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Advertising Law Institute, which will take place virtually and in San Francisco, California on September 29 – 30, 2022. Sheila’s presentation, titled “Children’s Advertising Issues,” will discuss how attorneys can ensure compliance not only with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), but also with the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) Advertising Guidelines and the ICO’s Age Appropriate Design Code.
