Partner Sheila Millar to Present at ICC Croatia’s Responsible Marketing Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar will present at the conference Integrity in the Era of Responsible Marketing: From AI & Influencers to Green Claims, hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The conference will take place in Zagreb, Croatia on May 11, 2026.

This conference is dedicated to the launch of the Croatian version of the new ICC Advertising and Marketing Communications Code.

As the lead drafter of the updated ICC Framework for Responsible Environmental Marketing Communications, Sheila will provide an introductory presentation for "Panel discussion 3: Beyond the Green Wash – Environmental Claims Under the New Code." Sheila will explain the transition from vague "green" promises to the requirements for clear, scientific substantiation and verifiable action plans to eliminate greenwashing.
