Partner Sheila Millar to Present at EPS EXPO 2026

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar will present at the EPS EXPO 2026, to be held in Atlanta, Georgia on March 11 - 13, 2026.

Sheila’s presentation, “Managing Risk, Capturing Opportunity: EPS Packaging & EPR Strategy,” will provide legal analysis on the viability of emerging state schemes, key implementation challenges, and the gray areas that create uncertainty in the regulatory arena. Sheila will examine how recycling mandates and layered state laws may compound compliance obligations, and what to expect once enforcement goes into effect.
