Partner Sheila Millar to Present at ACI’s 2026 Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Program

Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 13th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products, to be held in New York, New York on March 12-13, 2026.

Sheila will present during Workshop C – Navigating Packaging EPR Compliance for Cosmetics and Personal Care Companies. 

This interactive workshop will offer both a strategic overview of the evolving EPR landscape and practical guidance for building a compliance roadmap. It will highlight where state laws align or differ, with focused discussions on California’s SB 54, Oregon’s Recycling Modernization Act, Colorado’s Producer Responsibility Program, and emerging requirements in Washington, Maine, Minnesota, and New Jersey. The session will also cover the role of Circular Action Alliance and other PROs, as well as how ongoing litigation may affect upcoming obligations.
