Partner Rick Stearns to Present at ACI’s 3rd West Coast Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Rick Stearns will present at the 3rd American Conference Institute (ACI) Cosmetics and Personal Care Products Conference, to be held in Santa Monica, California on October 8-9, 2025. 

Rick will participate in the panel “MoCRA in Transition: Forecasting FDA Priorities and Navigating Delayed Rulemaking.” This presentation will explore key regulatory and legal issues facing the cosmetics industry, including updates on MoCRA rulemaking, FDA enforcement trends, and best practices for compliance documentation. It will also address litigation risks tied to product safety and offer strategies for companies to stay ahead of evolving regulatory expectations
