Partner Rachel Bond to Present at the 2026 ACI EPR Think Tank

Keller and Heckman Partner Rachel Bond will be speaking at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) EPR Think Tank, to be held in New York, New York on January 27-28, 2026. 

Rachel will be presenting on the panel, “Navigating the Maze of State EPR Packaging Laws: Assessing Status, Finding Common Themes, Identifying Differences.” 

The discussion will cover the current state of EPR laws and their common elements, the types of packaging included under existing regulations, and the gaps and gray areas that remain. Panelists will also explore strategies for addressing the challenges of tracking and interpreting the evolving regulatory landscape and look ahead to the 2026 legislative sessions to examine why certain bills failed this past year and what changes may be on the horizon.
