Partner Manesh Rath and Associate Ben Idzik to Present at the 2025 WMASCA December Meeting

Keller and Heckman Partner Manesh Rath and Associate Ben Idzik will be presenting at the Washington Metropolitan Area Construction Safety Association (WMASCA) December Meeting, to be held in Bethesda, Maryland on December 17, 2025.

Manesh and Ben will discuss OSHA inspections, addressing how to effectively manage the post-inspection period, with guidance on responding to interview and documentation requests, as well as expedited informal settlements. The session will also provide insights on preparing a more effective notice of contest and will examine memoranda of understanding between OSHA, state plans, and other enforcement agencies.
