Keller and Heckman Partner Eve Pelonis will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) Introduction to Food Law and Regulation Virtual Course. The course will take place virtually on September 21 – 22, 2022. Eve’s presentation, “Food Labeling: General Requirements (Including Meat & Poultry),” will examine the concept of misbranding, the definition of labeling, and how to label adequately when allergens and nutrition are involved.
