Keller and Heckman Partner Eve Pelonis will be speaking at the Calorie Control Council’s (CCC) 60th Anniversary Annual Meeting, to be held in Phoenix, Arizona on October 20-23, 2026.

This conference will explore the evolving policy and regulatory landscape affecting sugar reduction and sweetening solutions, while highlighting the connection between scientific research and real-world outcomes in healthcare and sports medicine. Attendees will gain insights into strengthening the scientific credibility of sugar reduction initiatives, innovations across a broad range of sweetening and dietary fiber ingredients, and strategies for transparent communication that build consumer trust and confidence.
