Partner Eve Pelonis to Present at ACI’s 2026 Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp

Keller and Heckman Partner Eve Pelonis will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp, to be held virtually on July 16-17, 2026.

Eve will participate on the panel “A Deep Dive into FDA’s Rule on Healthy, Proposal for Front of Pack Nutrition Labeling, and Allergen Label Guidance.” The session will cover a variety of topics, including how food manufacturers can voluntarily claim that a product is ‘healthy,’ ways that front-of-pack nutrition labeling impacts food manufacturers’ approaches to marketing, FDA’s latest guidance on allergen labeling, and much more.
