Partner Eric Gotting to Present at the 2026 FDLI Tobacco Conference

Keller and Heckman Partner Eric Gotting will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference, to be held virtually and in Washington, DC, on October 6-7, 2026. 

Eric’s presentation, “Litigation Update: PMTAs, Preemption, and Regulatory Pressure,” will provide the latest federal and state litigation developments reshaping nicotine regulation, including administrative law challenges to FDA PMTA determinations, litigation over FDA civil monetary penalty authority, and major state tobacco cases involving TCA preemption disputes and emerging circuit splits over state registry laws.
