Partner David Joy to Present at ACI’s 2026 Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp

Keller and Heckman Partner David Joy will present at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Food Law and Regulation Boot Camp, to be held virtually on July 16-17, 2026.

David will participate on the panel “Navigating FDA’s Evolving Landscape: Allergen Labeling Updates, the “Healthy” Claim, and Reassessment of Front-of-Pack Labeling.” The session will cover a variety of topics, including how food manufacturers can voluntarily claim that a product is ‘healthy,’ ways that front-of-pack nutrition labeling impacts food manufacturers’ approaches to marketing, FDA’s latest guidance on allergen labeling, and much more.
