Partner David Ettinger to Present at Japan Cell-Ag-READY Dialogue 2026

Keller and Heckman Partner David Ettinger will be speaking at the Japan Cell-Ag-READY Dialogue 2026 conference, taking place October 8-9, 2026, in Tokyo, Japan.  

This conference will bring together regulators, industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to discuss the latest global developments in cultivated foods and precision fermentation, explore food safety and regulatory frameworks, and foster collaboration to advance Japan’s foodtech ecosystem.

David will participate on the panel “Overview of Policy and Technology Trends in the Foodtech Sector Overseas.”
