Partner David Ettinger to Present at FDLI Webinar on Updates to China Food Law

Keller and Heckman Partner David Ettinger will present at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) webinar titled, “Recent Developments in Food Law in China: Product Safety, Labeling, Marketing, Online Sales, and Litigation,” taking place on April 26, 2022. The webinar will focus on the General Administration of Customs recently announced Decrees 248 and 249 on China’s new requirements for companies exporting food into the country.
