Partner Casey Lide to Present at the 2026 INCOMPAS Show

Keller and Heckman Partner Casey Lide will present at the INCOMPAS Show, to be held in Nashville, Tennessee, on November 1 - 3, 2026. 

Casey’s presentation, “Federal Limitations on the Sale or Transfer of Grant-Funded Broadband Infrastructure,” will address key issues for M&A transactions involving grant-funded networks, including delays associated with government agency approval and limitations on allowable sale proceeds.
