Keller and Heckman Partner Tom Magee to Present at UTC-Sponsored Northwest Territory/Utility Broadband Workshop

Keller and Heckman Partner Tom Magee will present, “Where the Route Begins: Legal and Regulatory Considerations for Rural Broadband Deployment Projects,” at the Northwest Territory/Utility Broadband Workshop sponsored by the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) in Spokane, Washington on November 3-5, 2021. This workshop will provide the most recent advances in broadband technologies and effective practices, industry policies, and regulatory guidelines. It will also feature discussions from prominent industry experts, technology partners and consultants, and government officials. Tom’s presentation will focus more specifically on creating a roadmap for companies working on rural broadband development.
