Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce that the 2027 Sustainability Marketing and Compliance Intensive will be held April 21 – 22, 2027, in Washington, DC. This program is designed for in-house legal, regulatory, marketing, and sustainability professionals to gain valuable insights and practical solutions into the complex and rapidly evolving field of sustainability marketing and communications.
Join our team of knowledgeable attorneys who will discuss a variety of topics like environmental marketing claims, climate-related disclosures, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, and provide their insights on the latest legal and regulatory developments, litigation trends, compliance considerations, reporting obligations, and managing litigation risks. The program will also include six workshop sessions, each focused on specific environmental claims.
