Save the date for Keller and Heckman's 2027 Practical Food Law Seminar, being held Tuesday, April 13 - Thursday, April 15, 2027, in Chicago, IL!
This three-day comprehensive seminar provides members of the food industry with an overview of the applicable statutory and regulatory framework for foods, including dietary supplements, with a focus on food safety, labeling, and advertising.
The course is taught by food law attorneys and provides a practical approach to understanding compliance requirements, along with how to identify and manage risks.
