Seminar Agenda

Join colleagues from across the food-contact industry for this comprehensive program designed for regulatory, scientific, and legal professionals seeking to stay current on the latest developments affecting food packaging materials and sustainability initiatives. Led by Keller and Heckman’s experienced team of attorneys, chemists, and toxicologists, the seminar will provide practical insights into the evolving legal and regulatory landscape in the United States and around the world.

Participants will gain practical insights into FDA food-contact regulations, GRAS developments, customer assurance considerations, GMPs, adulteration and recalls, FDA’s post-market review program, chemicals of concern, and packaging-related litigation.

The program will also explore key international and sustainability developments, including regulatory frameworks in the EU, China, Japan, Canada, and Mercosur countries, as well as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws, recycling regulations, and environmental marketing claims.

REGISTRATION FEES

Industry Registration applies to professionals working for companies involved in the manufacture, supply, conversion, distribution, recycling, or use of food-contact materials and related products.

Advisory Services Registration applies to organizations providing regulatory, compliance, scientific, technical, testing, or consulting services. This includes consulting firms, laboratories, testing organizations, and other advisory providers supporting clients on matters related to food packaging, food-contact materials, chemicals, environmental compliance, and associated regulatory requirements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted, and registration fees are refunded if notice is received by September 28, 2026. If notice is given after September 28th, no refunds will be granted; however, substitutions are welcome.
