Nicholas Prust practices in the area of food and drug law. He advises domestic and foreign clients on regulatory requirements for food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, and food and drug packaging.
Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Mr. Prust was an associate in private practice focusing on corporate litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Prust served as a senior staff editor on Georgetown’s The Food and Drug Law Journal and successfully obtained asylum for an Afghan refugee as a member of the Center for Applied Legal Studies Clinic. As an undergraduate student, he was a summer research intern at the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Prust has also interned for the Department of Homeland Security and was a summer law clerk for the Department of Justice.
Mr. Prust is fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) and has a working knowledge of Polish (verbal).
Admitted to practice in Delaware only. Practice limited to matters before the FDA and matters ancillary thereto.
