Azim Chowdhury and Eric Gotting were featured in the Vapor Voice Article "Indiana's Vapor Revamp: Following a rebuke in court, Indiana fixes its vapor rules." The article details the General Assembly's effort to correct its first attempt at vapor regulation, which was found unconstitutional. Eric Gotting and Azim Chowdhury represented the Right to be Smoke-Free Coalition in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals victory. The previous attempt at regulation was determined "to have extraterritorial reach that is unprecedented," forcing out of state companies to conform to detailed requirements of Indiana law, effectively creating a monopoly in Indiana.
