The American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2nd Edition of Consumer Protection Law Developments (CPLD) is now available. Keller and Heckman Partner Sheila Millar extensively reorganized and updated the international chapter, with help from colleague David Ettinger and other international and FTC legal experts. The second edition of the book, published May 3, 2016, expands to two volumes, addressing industry developments since the original edition was published in 2009. The international chapter focuses on the increasing importance of international legal precedent and areas where consumer protection laws are harmonized or divergent.The CPLD Board, part of the ABA’s Antitrust Section, intends for this book to be used as an essential desk reference for professionals who handle consumer protection issues.
