Partner David Ettinger Quoted in Food Contact World Article "Food Safety Compliance Makes Headlines in China"

Partner David Ettinger addresses the climate of negative media exposure for food safety non-compliance in the April 5 Food Contact World article “Food Safety Compliance Makes Headlines in China.” The article details how China’s laws for substances in contact with food are enforced by the General Administration of Quality, Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). Mr. Ettinger is the resident US Partner in Keller and Heckman’s Shanghai Office and is uniquely positioned to counsel foreign food and food packaging companies in the Asian market.
