Partner David Sarvadi to Speak at Recycled Paperboard Technical Association Seminar

Partner David Sarvadi will deliver a presentation titled, "OSHA Inspection and Enforcement" at the 2011 RPTA Production-Technical Seminar in Covington, Kentucky on May 2, 2011. The presentation will cover statutory authority and guidance, pre-inspection planning, inspection, post-inspection, and voluntary protection programs. He will also discuss the Field Operations Manual (the guiding document for OSHA compliance officers) and Site-Specific Targeting (SST) directives.
