Eve Pelonis will present "Natural Labeling" at the 29th Annual Food Label Conference to be held June 5th and 6th in Washington, D.C. The conference is hosted by Prime Label Consultants and will address the challenge food manufacturers and processors face with the sweeping new nutrition rules for packaged products, restaurants, and schools. Eve's presentation, in particular, will assess the ins and outs of natural labeling, explore the differences between FDA and USDA definitions of "natural," discuss the impact on retail, restaurants and customer perception, and evaluate the pros and cons of this contentious claim.
