Keller and Heckman LLP Elects Two New Partners and Brings on Two New Counsel for 2011

Keller and Heckman LLP is proud to announce that two new Partners have been elected to the Firm: Gregory E. Kunkle and Tracy P. Marshall, both resident in the Washington, D.C. office. Additionally, the firm has added two Counsel, Eric S. C. Lindstrom and Michelle Gillette, to their San Francisco office.

Gregory E. Kunkle, Partner, practices in the area of telecommunications law, assisting corporate clients and trade associations with various legal and regulatory issues, primarily involving matters before the Federal Communications Commission. His practice includes assisting clients with the licensing of private wireless telecommunications systems, FCC enforcement, spectrum acquisitions, and equipment authorizations. Mr. Kunkle received his B.A. from Virginia Tech and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Tracy P. Marshall, Partner, practices in the areas of telecommunications, business counseling and transactional, Internet and privacy, advertising, and intellectual property law. She assists clients with structuring business transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, complying with privacy, data security, and consumer protection laws, and protecting their intellectual property rights. Ms. Marshall also represents clients in proceedings before the FCC and FTC. She received her B.A. from Washington and Lee University and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Eric S. C. Lindstrom, Counsel, assists companies on a wide range of FDA, FTC, and USDA regulatory matters for foods, dietary supplements and other consumer products. Mr. Lindstrom's practice includes evaluating the regulatory status of food additives and dietary ingredients and advising companies on advertising and labeling requirements, including claims substantiation, health claims, nutrient content claims, structure/function claims, nutrition labeling, allergen labeling, organic labeling, environmental/green claims, and California's Proposition 65. Mr. Lindstrom received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.

Michelle Gillette, Counsel, focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation, product liability and technology matters. Ms. Gillette also represents clients in trade secret, unfair competition, and other business contract and tort claims. Ms. Gillette received her B.S. from the University of Texas, Austin and her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center.
