He is a member of the Board of Directors of the California Wireless Association and a Fellow in the Radio Club of America.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University.

Mike is a wonderful addition to our Telecommunications Practice Group.  He’s a former Chief of the Wireless Bureau at the FCC, an advisor to FCC Chairmen, regulatory counsel at leading satellite companies, an experienced international diplomat, an engineer, a great lawyer, and a nice guy!  We’re thrilled to have him.            –Jack Richards, Partner
