David Sarvadi will present "TSCA Reform - Changes in U.S. Chemical Regulation" at the 2017 Spring PLASTICS Flouropolymer Division Conference, PLASTICS to be held February 26-28 in Phoenix, Arizona. David's presentation on February 27th will provide an overview of the changes to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) that were adopted in June, and the potential impact on perflouro substances that are new chemicals as well as that on existing chemicals.David will explain how EPA's authority to regulate existing chemicals has been "deregulated," allowing EPA to more easily address perceived risks.
