Mitzi Clark to Speak at 2014 Flex Pack Tech Tour

Keller and Heckman Partner Mitzi Clark will be speaking at the 2014 Flex Pack Tech Tour in New York, NY on June 11.  Ms. Clark’s presentation is titled, “Establishing Compliance of Flexible Packaging for Food Contact Applications.”  The session will include an overview of FDA and EU Regulation of materials used in flexible packaging applications for food-contact.  Issues to be discussed include good manufacturing practices and customer assurance applicable to flexible packaging.  For more information, click here.
