We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to work in our Washington, D.C. Office to work collaboratively with our Marketing Department and attorneys.  We are seeking an outgoing and highly organized individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a minimum of one year experience in marketing, public relations, or communications. 

The primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, as well as day-to-day marketing related administrative support to the firm.  This position will include the following tasks:

  • Reviewing and editing marketing materials
  • Updating website content
  • Coordinating firm hosted webinars
  • Organizing conference materials
  • Maintaining brochure and give-away inventory

This position requires strong proofreading skills and an ability to handle multiple projects.  Must be comfortable working with senior executives such as Partners.  Fluency in MSOffice Suite and Drupal are required.
