Xusheng Zhang is a staff scientist who provides scientific support and assistance to foreign and domestic clients in the area of food, food-related, and consumer products. Prior to joining Keller and Heckman, Mr. Zhang served as engineer at the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration where he composed scientific opinions on various food safety matters, performed health risk evaluations, and worked with companies to help support compliance with China’s food safety laws. Mr. Zhang holds a master’s degree in Food Science and has extensive knowledge in the areas of food safety and chemistry.
