Karmina Caragan is a member of Keller and Heckman’s Food and Drug Practice, where she advises domestic and foreign clients on compliance with global food and drug packaging requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Caragan was an intern at FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, where she worked on matters concerning the Drug Supply Chain Security Act. 

While in law school, Ms. Caragan was a member of The George Washington Law Review (GWLR). Her essay, “Arbitrary and Capricious Cost-(Non)Consideration After Michigan v. EPA,” was selected for publication in GWLR’s Annual Review of Administrative Law. Ms. Caragan was also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and served as a volunteer for the Family Law Pro Bono Project.
