We are seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of experience to work in our Washington, D.C. Office on food, food additive, and other FDA and USDA regulatory matters.  Work will include advising clients on food safety and food labeling matters and assisting clients with establishing an appropriate regulatory status for various ingredients.  In addition to FDA and USDA experience, experience with Agency rulemaking proceedings and familiarity with matters involving other federal agencies such as CBP, FTC or TTB are desirable.  Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, a sincere interest in food law, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility are required.  The Firm places a high emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.

We are seeking an Associate with up to 3 years of experience to work in our Washington, D.C. Office to join our growing FDA regulatory practice. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, research and writing skills, and show attention to detail. Due to the technical nature of the practice, an undergraduate degree or some experience in a scientific field (biology, chemistry, mathematics, or engineering) will be helpful, but is not required. A desire to learn, and an ability to manage multiple client priorities and take direction are critical.
