Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce the Practical Food Law Seminar scheduled March 21- 23, 2017 in San Francisco, CA. The Practical Food Law Seminar provides members of the food industry with a comprehensive presentation of the applicable statutory and regulatory framework for foods including dietary supplements. The course will focus on food safety as well as labeling and advertising.

Labeling and advertising provisions will include:

• mandatory labeling elements

• promoting products via health, nutrient content, structure/function and ingredient quality claims

Continuing Legal Education:
