Recent focus on food packaging materials has shifted the way industry, nongovernmental organizations (NGO's) and the FDA approach compliance considerations. This focus is impacting new product development, the regulations of existing materials, and the continued use of legacy products. Associates Daniel Rubenstein and Kathryn Skaggs will present an overview of FDA's regulation of food packaging and discuss these emerging issues at Keller and Heckman's Washington offices on June 16. This event is for NFDL members. For more information about the FDLI's New to Food and Drug Law (NFDL) Group, click here.
