The Board of Directors of the Energy Telecommunications & Electrical Association (ENTELEC), announced Jose Vivas as the winner of the 2011 Wayne V. Black Scholarship Award.
The scholarship award was first created in 2006 in honor of Wayne V. Black, a former partner of Keller and Heckman LLP. Mr. Black was a member of the Telecommunications practice and served as General Counsel of ENTELEC since the late 1970s. Jack Richards, a current partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, serves as General Counsel.
The Scholarship Committee selected Jose Vivas based upon his submitted biography, essay, GPA and references.
