Greg Kunkle to Judge 2011 National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition
On Friday, February 4, and Saturday, February 5, 2011, the Seventeenth Annual National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition will be hosted by the Moot Court Association of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (CUA), the Institute for Communications Law Studies, and the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA).
Keller and Heckman PartnerGreg Kunkle will be volunteering as oral argument judge on First and Fifth Amendment issues presented by a statute to prohibit the copyright registration of indecent broadcast material.
