Keller and Heckman is pleased to announce the redesign of PackagingLaw.com, the premier online source for news and information on the regulation of food and drug packaging internationally. The site's new look and feel reflects our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding client service.
When PackagingLaw.com was first launched eight years ago on March 7, 2001, Jerome Heckman, a founding partner of the firm and an expert in food and drug law, stated, "There is a need for current information, and even more importantly, for analysis of what the latest developments mean for companies looking to put packaging materials into the marketplace. PackagingLaw.com was specifically developed to provide this essential information in an easy-to-find format, and in a timely fashion. We expect it to become the leading source of regulatory information for the global packaging community."
Our expectations were met as PackagingLaw.com became a leading source of U.S. and international packaging news and information. The site's new user-friendly design will make it even easier for users to obtain valuable information that affects manufacturers of packaging and packaging materials; producers of foods, drugs, and cosmetics; and others in the global packaging arena.
Popular PackagingLaw.com features—such as news articles on current issues affecting the packaging industry, in-depth features, an Ask an Attorney section, links to packaging industry and government websites, and detailed information on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Contact Notification system—will still be available on the new site—with a fresh and updated look.
In order to bring you the most accurate, up-to-date content, we will be refreshing the site on a regular basis. We hope you'll visit Keller and Heckman's PackagingLaw.com often and take advantage of this useful resource for news and information on today's complex and challenging legal issues affecting the global packaging industry.
