The Advanced Pesticides Seminar will explore complex and in-depth pesticides regulatory topics, such as the regulation of pesticide advertising under FIFRA and by the FTC, EPA pesticide enforcement trends and resolution strategies, FIFRA audits and inspections, FIFRA and the impact of PFAS, and more. Designed and presented by the attorneys and scientists of Keller and Heckman, this course is perfect for lawyers, regulatory specialists, and scientists in the industry who work on FIFRA issues on a daily basis or have previously attended our Practical Primer on Pesticides.

This two-day course will accommodate attendees both with a legal background and an interest in regulatory and scientific topics. Attendees will learn about addressing FIFRA compliance and pesticide registrations during mergers and acquisitions and other compliance reviews, as well as EPA’s and the states’ burgeoning interest in regulating pesticides that may contain PFAS. Attendees will also learn how to register a new pesticide active ingredient or “new use” with EPA, and how to obtain approval of inert ingredients, for both food and non-food uses.
